1. Introduction

These Terms & Warranty outline the terms and conditions governing your use of the Headlight Genie LLC services and our commitment to your satisfaction with our one-year warranty, satisfaction guarantee, and handling of paint-related issues.

2. One-Year Warranty

Coverage: All services provided by Headlight Genie LLC come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials used during the headlight restoration process.

What We Will Do: If your headlights develop any issues related to our service within one year of the restoration, we will repair or re-restore the headlights at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications after our service has been completed.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Promise: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of your headlights after our restoration service, you are not obligated to pay.

Stipulations:

Good Faith: The satisfaction guarantee applies only to customers who genuinely believe that the quality of the restoration is not up to standard. This guarantee is not intended to allow customers to avoid payment for satisfactory work.

Notification: If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us immediately upon completion of the service, before leaving the site. We will attempt to address your concerns on the spot.

Inspection: A final inspection will be conducted with you to determine if the restoration meets reasonable standards for clarity and improvement. If the headlights meet the agreed-upon standard, payment will be required.

Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover issues outside of our control, such as severe underlying damage to the headlights that cannot be fully restored, or damage that occurs after the service has been completed.

4. Handling of Paint Issues

Old or Flaky Paint: We recognize that some vehicles may have old, flaky, or delicate paint that is prone to peeling. During our service, we use tape to protect your vehicle; however, in some cases, the tape may peel off sections of this fragile paint.

Customer Acknowledgment: Before we begin the restoration process, we will inspect your vehicle for any signs of flaky or delicate paint. If such issues are identified, we will inform you and ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging the risk. By signing this waiver, you agree that Headlight Genie LLC will not be liable for any paint peeling caused by the tape during the service.

Scratches or Damage Caused by Us: If, during the restoration process, we accidentally scratch or damage your vehicle’s paint, we will take full responsibility. We will either repair the damage ourselves or hire a professional to do so, ensuring that your vehicle is restored to its original condition.

5. Liability for Damaged Headlights

Damage by Headlight Genie LLC: In the unlikely event that your headlights are damaged due to our service, we will take full responsibility. We will either repair the damage or replace the headlight with one of like condition, ensuring it matches the quality and condition of your original headlight as closely as possible.

Process: If you believe your headlight has been damaged during our service, please contact us immediately at 321-844-3643. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

6. Limitations of Liability

General: Headlight Genie LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is properly maintained and that any issues not related to our service are addressed promptly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of [Your State].
